I had the great fortune to train with Julie in person when she was in Chicago. After she left I worked with several other trainers but nothing ever 'clicked' like it did with Julie. During the pandemic, I discovered she was doing online training and I signed right up. Now with a limited supply of home equipment (bands, adjustable weights, and a few hand weights), Julie and I meet once a week for training sessions. I feel stronger and I'm less injury-prone. Each workout is different and Julie is always pushing me. There are very few people I'm excited to get out of bed at 6 AM for and I'm always happy to see Julie and spend an hour with her. She's an excellent trainer and a wonderful person. I can't praise her enough!
