ABOUT
Welcome! My name is Julie Weir and I have been in the fitness industry for ten years, training in elite gyms in Chicago and Washington, D.C. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, I switched to virtual training and was shocked by how well this format works. My clients quickly realized that working out from home, with the added accountability of a personal trainer, was the secret to reaching their fitness goals.

I work hard to craft individualized exercise programs that meet each client's unique goals. I believe exercise should be enjoyed not dreaded, and I make sure to adapt to individual strengths and interests. I guarantee you will leave each session feeling better than when you started!
